SOS 2017 Boot Camp

SOS kicks off this year's Boot Camp this weekend!! We have a full schedule of events for about 25 first time SOS athletes. Local SOS legends will participate and lead runs, bike and swims. Stay tuned here for updates and pics as the weekend progresses!

Preliminary Schedule:

Saturday Morning: Bike the course

Saturday Afternoon: Run Legs 1 & 2 (modified)

Saturday Evening: Boot Camp dinner

Sunday (Early) Morning: Boot Camp Casual Breakfast (B.C.C.B.)

Sunday Morning: Run Legs 3 & 4

Sunday Afternoon: Sim in Minnewaska Lake
