This is not about shoes in suit, but I noticed this morning during practice at SUNY New Paltz that the two pro women triathletes Dan W. mentioned have very quick turn over on their arms. You hardly ever see their arms out of the water, plus their heads are down, there is not splash and no wiggle in the torso. I counted 19 strokes per length as they were warming up.
